Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing NexusIQ for your upskilling journey. We strive to offer high-quality training programs and a transparent enrollment process. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your payment.


  1. Application Fee

    1. The application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
    2. This fee covers administrative and processing costs incurred during application evaluation.
  2. Program Fee Refund

    1. 50% of the main course fee is refundable if requested within the first 15 calendar days from the program start date.
    2. No refund will be processed after the 15-day period.
    3. The refund request must be submitted in writing via email to accounts@nexusiqsolutions.com with the reason for withdrawal.
  3. Refund Processing Timeline

    1. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
    2. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  4. No Refunds in the Following Cases

    1. If the participant has accessed/downloaded a significant portion of the course materials or attended live sessions beyond the 15-day window.
    2. No-shows or voluntary dropouts without formal notice within the refund window.
    3. Misuse of the platform or violation of the code of conduct.
  5. Dispute Resolution

    1. All disputes regarding refunds will be handled by our Program Support Team. Their decision will be final and binding.
