Application Fee
- The application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- This fee covers administrative and processing costs incurred during application evaluation.

Program Fee Refund
- 50% of the main course fee is refundable if requested within the first 15 calendar days from the program start date.
- No refund will be processed after the 15-day period.
- The refund request must be submitted in writing via email to accounts@nexusiqsolutions.com with the reason for withdrawal.

Refund Processing Timeline
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

No Refunds in the Following Cases
- If the participant has accessed/downloaded a significant portion of the course materials or attended live sessions beyond the 15-day window.
- No-shows or voluntary dropouts without formal notice within the refund window.
- Misuse of the platform or violation of the code of conduct.

Dispute Resolution
- All disputes regarding refunds will be handled by our Program Support Team. Their decision will be final and binding.
